Who we are
Alistair is a multi-modality practitioner specialising in psychic energy work, life coaching, meditation, hypnotherapy, pilates and yoga.
Born and raised in Sydney graduating from Macquarie University with a Double Masters, he transitioned from the fast-paced tech sector to pursue his passion for world culture, wellness and spirituality.
Alistair’s big-hearted, inclusive and safe approach is encouraging for all people and all abilities. A passionate surfer Alistair’s faith, family and friends and healing services are his life.
Sophia is a craniosacral therapist, kinesiologist and counsellor. Transitioning from biomedical science into alternative therapies in 2021 she is passionate about the subtle mechanics of the human body.
After receiving cranio as a child her love with this gentle but powerful therapy has shaped her life and brought her to learn from the world’s best. Sophia like Alistair shares an intuitive clairvoyance that greatly guides her work.
As well as being a mother and wife Sophia loves tending to the land as much as she likes talking to people’s body’s through her sessions.
