The common element of all of this work is the spine and nervous system, and how the human body is shaped by the subtle energy of beliefs and emotions.

At Third Eye Health, every session is a deeply personalized experience, carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. A 1:1 session with Alistair or Sophia will involve a unique and intuitive blend of energy work specifically working on your needs.

If you would like only one specific form of therapy, like Craniosacral Therapy or a Breathwork Session please advise us and we can tailor it to you.
